Aran's history dates back as early as 1878 where it traded as a small building and maintenance company that operated mainly in the Warrington area.

From the late 1980's onwards the company grew to become a contracting company with a small works division which specialised in maintenance works, winning measured term maintenance contracts with various blue chip clients.

The contracting division which operates nationwide primarily focuses on the construction of new industrial sheds and housing with specialisms in the construction of telecoms installations and music industry recording facilties.

The design element of the company was established in 2002, this offers outsourced CAD services/design co-ordination to architects and building surveyors. We can also provide interior design services as well as the production of 3D visuals.
